This product is great for toning up, I don’t use it everyday so when I do use it and take it in the morning or before I sleep, hours later I will notice how toned my stomach looks. My body absolutely craves this and I’ve started using it on my rest days.

Haven’t noticed a huge amount of change if I’m honest. Although i haven’t been strict taking them every day, just a few times before a workout.
